Florida born, Hawaii based photographer Brandon “Laserwolf” Campbell had spent the majority of his life in the water and traveling the world to pursue his love of the ocean through surfing but with the birth of a daughter in 2010, very little income and no major education or trade, Laserwolf decided to pick up a camera and try things out on the other side of the lens.
In just a few short years, he has quickly earned himself a reputable name in the industry and a spot amongst a tight knit crew of the worlds best water photographers at the prestigious Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu.
This past year was an incredible and busy one for Laserwolf with photo trips to Tahiti, Indonesia, Central America and the British Virgin Islands which lead to covers of The Surfers Journal, Stab Magazine, Surfing World, Surfing Life Japan, Freesurf and Ghetto Juice as well as multiple spreads and profiles in the worlds top surf publications.
Building relationships and working closely with brands like Patagonia, Hurley, Quiksilver, RVCA, Vissla, …LOST, Surfline and many others has been a positive milestone for Laserwolf but ending 2015 named “Photographer Of The Year” by Eastern Surf Magazine was a major career highlight.
